Islington & City Credit Union has been running since 1997. Anyone who lives or works in Islington or the City of London can join the organisation.

Payroll Deduction

Employees’ of the organisations listed on the front page can have their savings and loans payments paid directly from salary.  It makes it easy and painless to save.  If you or your friends work for these organisations you will need to navigate to our forms section and fill out a payroll deduction form (or click here).   You also need to download and fill out a membership application form.

Members have the right to stand for election to our board of directors and have a say in the way the credit union is run. Everyone who joins us is automatically given four separate savings accounts and you can borrow from day one of membership.

To join the credit union you can download a membership application form and start paying into your account via standing order straight from your bank account.
